Inspired by the Speedy Boarding service of the airline industry, thanks to which you do not have to wait in line like the other passengers but are the first to board the aircraft, we have developed the concept “Fast Lane by Roth”. With this concept, we guarantee our customers to execute their express orders quickly and correctly.

From beginning to end

Our “Fast Lane” concept defines the entire process for express orders, right from the first enquiry up to the delivery to the customer. In order not to lose any time, it is crucial for any order – but especially for express orders – to precisely document the customer’s needs right from the start. As soon as the job is clearly defined, all necessary resources, i.e. employees, machines and materials as well as external partners such as transport companies, are included in the planning. The work preparation and planning for express orders take place within a day.

Quality management included

To ensure that our customers can use our precision parts straight away in their assembly line, without the need for inspection first and thus without delay, the parts all undergo a final in-house check before being shipped. Depending on the parts’ specifications, we carry out an additional 100% inspection.

Batch Release Documents enclosed

We not only ensure that the ordered parts are in the right place at the right time in the right quality, but also that all the associated documents are with the customer at the same time. The documents are part of the work contract and must therefore be delivered at the same time as the product. We guarantee that the batch release documents (BRD), from the delivery note and the declaration of conformity to the measurement protocol, reach the customer on time, in full and in accordance with all requirements
