As a company that attaches great importance to sustainability, we not only strive to reduce our ecological footprint wherever possible, but also seek to act in an exemplary manner in the social area. We maintain good relationships with our customers, suppliers, partners, neighbours and especially our employees. As part of our sustainability project and our new building, we have therefore implemented a number of measures to increase the well-being of our employees.

A pleasant climate

Thanks to its double glass facade, our production hall is flooded with daylight. The natural light is easy on the eyes, which is important for employees producing our high-precision parts as well as employees working in front of a computer screen. The eyes tire less quickly than with purely artificial light, thus concentration is increased. Apart from this, sunlight also has a positive effect on the mood. In addition to natural daylight, good air quality also contributes to the well-being of our employees. With our intelligent ventilation and cooling system, we always achieve the optimum in terms of air temperature and humidity without creating drafts. The indoor climate is therefore always pleasant, even when it is extremely hot or cold outside. This enables us to withstand the increasingly extreme temperatures caused by climate change. Our employees work highly productively all year round thanks to the optimal climatic conditions. Feedback from experienced employees shows that this sets us significantly apart from our competitors.

Enough physical activity

Working ergonomically is also of importance for us, since we want to prevent health issues such as posture problems. The new production hall is therefore equipped with flexibly adjustable office chairs and large screens. The desks are electrically and continuously height-adjustable and thus also enable employees to work while standing. This makes it easy for our employees to get up every now and then and continue working standing up for a while. Moreover, we have built a bicycle shelter with a bicycle stand to motivate our employees to come to work by bicycle.
