Roth is expanding. The new production building with 2000 m² of additional production space and the investment in further production lathes are now followed by the expansion of staff resources.

The challenges in the market due to the pandemic and rising energy and raw material prices are great. However, Roth is doing well thanks to forward-looking planning and excellent relationships with customers and suppliers.

After a successful 2021, we have made a promising start in the first quarter of 2022. We have an increasing order utilisation, which we want to continue to meet in the future. With this goal in mind, we have expanded our production. Next up, we are expanding our human resources.

We have a large and diverse portfolio of global customers and receive a wide range of highly interesting orders (from small to medium series). We serve internationally leading high-tech companies in industries with extreme innovative power (including medical technology, optics and sensor technology). The demands on our precision parts are correspondingly high. In order to be able to meet the demands of our growing clientele, we are looking for further highly motivated employees who enjoy versatile and demanding tasks and who are happy to take on responsibility.

Professionals and rookies

When expanding our team, we rely on experienced specialists on the one hand and inquisitive apprentices on the other. We offer apprenticeships as production mechanics and thus assume responsibility by promoting young talent. With us, apprentices directly put what they have learned into practice, are challenged and encouraged by the professionals and take on responsibility at an early stage.
